Our goal is to make the process of deferring your 2020 team entry as easy as possible. Just follow these two steps:

Answers to FAQs
I need to make changes to my team - how do I do that?
- Just complete the deferral confirmation form linked above, and note any adjustments you need made in the "any changes?" section. We'll take it from there!
I see that the race 'may' be held both Saturday and Sunday - which day will our team be signed up for?
- All deferred entries will be issued the default option of Saturday September 11. Should we need to move to a 2-day format to meet any capacity restrictions that may be in place, we will announce it as soon as the decision is made. If after that point your team wishes to move to the Sunday, we can make the change then.
Are Refunds An Option?
- Unfortunately no, but we are more than happy to transfer the full value of your registration to another one of our events. If you are interested in transferring to another race, please contact us.
